Since Google earns money by serving you ads, many people have added ad blockers to their web browsers to try to cut down on the number of annoying ads they see. For a long time this has worked well. Now Google planning, in June, to slow down the updates for ad blocker extensions on Chrome so that changes that Google makes to how ads are served on their products (Think Google Search, Gmail, YouTube, etc.) will lessen the ability of ad blockers to respond to those changes, and consequently their ability to block adds on those sites.
One way of getting around this is to use a different web browser, such as Firefox, Safari, Microsoft Edge, or any other browser you might like. I personally like Firefox, as Mozilla, who makes Firefox is focused on protecting your privacy
